It's close to Winterhaven and there is a large dog park nearby. This is a separate house (not a duplex or a townhouse) with beautiful tiling throughout the house, brand new in much of it. It has A/C (air conditioning), double-pane windows for energy efficiency, a gas stove, a stainless steel dishwasher with a granite counter-top and a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator. It is completely fenced in with a solar gate with remote entry. You can park inside the gate or out. You have gated in yard space too. Gas dryer and washer hookups available. Dogs, cats, pets considered on an individual basis at a $25 per month per pet rent. (Mainly they have to pass our insurance's breed restrictions.) Owner is replacing things as needed in a non-toxic (or less chemical-based) environmentally-friendly energy-efficient way whenever possible. This is a non-smoking drug-free property.

We're looking for a 1 year lease minimum. The security deposit is $1800. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
