Listed rental rate is for a 12 month lease, for up to two occupants; rate add-on for additional, up to 4 occupants. Application includes $200 non-refundable application fee plus $50 for each additional applicant/cosigner which is applied towards security deposit if approved, plus fee for credit/criminal background checks. We do not accept applicants who will not submit to our background check process. Tenant must have good credit, proven income or parental guarantee, & no negative rental history. Security deposit & first full month's rent plus any prorated rent if moving in after the 15th of the month) due at lease signing. Cleaning after move-out deducted from the security deposit, starting at $450.00.
