I received the apartment keys on May 15th and moved in on May 20th. I informed the office about the strong smoke smell (nicotine) that was in the apartment and some repairs that needed to be made. Before I left for holidays (4 weeks), it was agreed that everything will be taken care of. Almost all repairs were taking care of except the bathroom door that still not been repaired and the smell continues overwhelming and horrendous and it feel like I live in an ashtray. If I leave my cloth wet to dry, it will get the nicotine odor on it. Contacted the office 2 days ago but nothing has been said. What can be done in this regard?
