The central location gives you quick access to Broward, I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. There are multiple grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive as well as all the shops and restaurants along Las Olas and 17th Street. Broward Hospital is nearby if you are in need of emergency medical services, and the beach is a short 10-15 minute drive to the east.
