Verified residentReview source: verified residentI had a ticket in to fix my dishwasher for over a month and it was never addressed. I had several negative interactions with members of management. The online payment portal failed twice and I was charge late fees even though I have records of submitting a payment on my end. The sauna was always broken in the entirey of my lease. Parking was obviously a major issue. Front desk staff is amazing. Dryers frequently not efficient. Apartment dated and often smelled like mairjuana and cigarette smoke. I would not recommend this building to anyone I know. No control over heating or cooling. Just overall a really poor living experience by DC and US standards.
