My mail has been stolen, debit card is missing. They open your packages and enter you home without consent. I believe a man is selling drugs out his apt across from me. I'm in the iz program and I'm over paying for rent. They lied about the apartment floor I was originally supposed to be on. People upstairs keep stomping over my head. The light fixtures don't work, the stove was used. I thought I was getting brand new appliances. No one should live in this shitty building. They need knew management.
I had no idea what I was walking into before moving here. This building is a travesty. For over $2400 a month I am insulted by the conditions that exist within this building. There is constant shootings outside of the building. The trash room is like a 3rd world country dump. The elevators always smell terrible, are riddled with flies, and always have some sort of liquid/stains on the ground. The hallways are constantly filled with the sound of screaming children or small dogs’ high pitched barks. You can enjoy the sound of your neighbors music all night long and the smells of whatever they’re cooking like it’s being made in your kitchen. If all of that isn’t enough then you can enjoy the troves of people who like to spend their entire days gathering/loitering in the front of the building, on the side of it, and behind it while drinking, smoking weed, sometimes barbecuing, ohh and don’t forget the loud music as well. And of course the people who like to smoke weed and cigarettes in their units because obviously who wouldn’t love those smells seeping into their homes. Ohh and how could I forget the trash being thrown on the floor of the hallways, including the occasional catheter bag. All in all just don’t live here. It’s not worth it.
