Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or
Charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.

Must have at least a 600 credit score. (In the event that not every applicant meets this requirement, we can offer case by case approval with both Landlord/Owner consent and an increased Security Deposit)
Household income must be equal to or greater than 3 times monthly base rent or have verifiable assets at least 3x the yearly base rent amount
