There is a community room for events and entertainment with a TV, modern kitchen, shuffleboard, and business center. We have a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool open year-round, and a two-acre dog park, too! We offer air conditioning in all apartment homes, detached garages for rent, and newly renovated onsite laundry rooms.
Our community is located at the northeast intersection of I-25 and Fillmore Road in Colorful Colorado Springs. We are one exit away from the beautiful Garden of the Gods and are close to shopping and downtown Colorado Springs. We are near the Monument Trail for strolling or biking.
