If approved, $1500 non refundable holding deposit to hold the property that will go towards the security deposit and must be paid within 72 hours of approval.
If tenant doesn't move forward with moving in within lease agreement the $1500 is forfeited. 1.5 % rental fee will be added the rent paid by tenant.

Tenant must carry renters insurance.
Tenant must purchase a Keyfob to use the community pool.
