Welcome home to this wonderful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath charmer nestled on a large, beautifully landscaped lot in West Seattle's coveted North Admiral neighborhood. A picturesque front lawn, mature plantings, and welcoming covered entry set the tone for the craftsman character found throughout. Inside, a warm foyer with rich hardwood floors and a graceful staircase leads to awesome period details, including striking lead glass French doors opening to the formal living room, where a decorative fireplace and oversized windows create an inviting space that flows into the separate formal dining room. The spacious, tastefully updated gourmet kitchen is a true showstopper, boasting quartz countertops, a large center island, a professional-style dual-fuel gas/electric range, and stainless steel appliances, with an adjacent breakfast nook and built-in mudroom bench. The adjoining large, covered deck with skylights is an outdoor paradise for dining and entertaining. Rounding out the main level: a bedroom, full bath, and a versatile den/home office behind French doors.
Upstairs, three well acquainted bedrooms await, including a serene primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a skylight, cozy linear fireplace, custom built-ins, and a private en-suite bath with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower, plus a second full bath. The fully finished lower level offers a large rec/media room, home gym space, full-size laundry, and generous storage. Outside, a large patio is an entertainer's dream for year-round BBQs, with a playground structure for kids and a fully fenced backyard, offering privacy amid the gardens. Don't miss this rare opportunity to live in a premier North Admiral property!
