Completely furnished in a corporate fashion where most utilities are included: electric, gas, water, trash. Bull Mountain is a very nice neighborhood. House sits at 471 sf elevation and subdivision has a neighborhood trail and views of Mt. Hood. Behind house is some old growth forest. Very quiet, safe neighborhood with sidewalks on both sides of a wide street and great shopping within a couple of miles. House was recently updated and all furnishings are no more than 3 years old and all is in excellent condition. Sheets, kitchen, cleaning are all provided (good stuff - not cheap rental stuff). I require housekeeping 3 times a month that I can provide at an additional cost. No shoes inside house, no smoking. Pets will be considered. If you bring your Alexa or Google you can operate all with your voice: door lock, thermostat, lighting, security, garage door, TVs, etc. I'm a senior and can walk to New Seasons grocery store (great produce) on tree canopied streets and away from traffic. Living here is easy!
