Easy walk to Orenco Tap house, Starbucks, New Seasons, the Orenco Station Grill or La Provence. The Orenco Max stop is 2 blocks away. You could bike to the latest Intel fab but there is lots more to Hillsboro. High Tech companies are all over town, Nike is about 5 miles away, and the new Kaiser hospital is about 2 miles east. Jump on the Max line and step out in downtown Portland or the airport.. Farmers market is every Sunday (in the summer) and right across the street. Club 1201 condo has a clubhouse, spa, tan room, racket ball court, work out facility and a pool for residence use.
A nice bright corner unit with the condo upstairs and garages below. Pull into your single car garage under the unit with room for bikes and toys. Access the unit from the front door or from the secure garage entry. The stairway opens up to a big living area, 9 foot ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Lots of windows in this open concept floorplan to let the sun in. The kitchen has granite counters and laminate floors, overlooking the living/dining area so no one gets left out. Very nice French door refrigerator to keep your beverages chilled properly, a pantry to hold your snacks, electric oven and a microwave. A window air conditioning unit in the living room and one in the master bedroom for those rare hot days.
The master bedroom has an ensuite, and a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom is also good sized with a walk-in closet.
