Application fee is $85 per applicant. Move in funds required will be 1st month's rent (pro-rated as appropriate) plus Security Deposits (equivalent of one month deposit), cleaning deposit of $500 & key/remote deposits of $200.

Small pets up to 25 lbs (at maturity) may be considered with a $500 per pet deposit. Max of 2 pets allowed, if approved. All pets and service animals must be disclosed at time of application. Owner reserved the right to rescind all approvals and terminate signed lease contract, if not disclosed.
