There is no fee for renting, as this listing is managed and rented directly by the owner. A one-month advance payment and a one-month deposit are required. Please note that the first floor is elevated, so you will need to descend four steps to reach the ground level. The apartment has private entrances at the side and back of the house.
Lastly, please be reminded that high-consumption appliances such as coin miners are not allowed. If your electricity bill exceeds $120 in a month, you will be responsible for paying the excess amount. There are no exemptions to this policy.
