Lease Terms: Seeking a 14 month lease term for $1695, but discounted to $1595 a month for caretaker duties. Duties include: snow removal on sidewalks and around trash cans, as well as keeping the shared laundry room clean and lint removed daily. Otherwise we are open to a 12 month term at a monthly rate of $1750 (or $1650 with caretaker duties). Security deposit is equal to one months rent and due upon getting approved. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Water, garbage, lawn and snow care are all included in your monthly rent. Pets may be accepted based on owner's approval and with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
