Apartment #5 is a nice 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the historic Sailboat Bend district of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment is fully tiled and features central A/C. Monthly rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, 1 assigned parking space, and monthly preventative pest control services.

We have a limit of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are welcome. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a 1-time pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing. Anyone over the age of 18 must have a valid USA Social Security Number in order to fill out an application.

The apartment is ready for you to tour with our self-serve showing system. Our system puts you in control - you drive there, you unlock the door, and you tour the apartment all by yourself. Viewing hours in effect 7 days/week between 8AM and 8PM for your convenience. The property features a large coin-operated laundry, and each apartment is assigned one reserved parking space. If you are a two-car family a 2nd parking spot is available to rent for an additional $20/month.

The property location is just about ideal - your new home is just south of Las Olas, and is within walking distance of Cooley's Landing and Marina and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. The Museum of Discovery and Science is a few more minutes walk to the east, and the property is also quite close downtown Himmarshee Village with lots of restaurants and places to get a cold adult beverage. The proximity to Broward Boulevard gives you quick and easy access to I-95 on the west and Federal Highway on the east. There is a large grocery store ~ 5 mins drive away, and Broward Hospital is a short drive if you are in need of medical services. Finally, the beach is a 10-15 minute drive to the east.
