There is an on-site laundry facility for your convenience, and each apartment is assigned one off-street parking space. Small pets (up to 25lbs) are allowed; one-time pet fee is additional and due at lease signing. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment, and dog breed restrictions are enforced.

$80.00 non-refundable application fee. Move in cost is the first month's rent PLUS the security deposit (either 1, 2, or 3 months rent). Background screening is required. Note that we do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance. 12 month leases only.
