The unit is fully tiled, and rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, monthly preventative pest control services, landscaping, pool maintenance, and also comes with 1 assigned parking space. The apartment features central A/C to help keep you cool! Each apartment is assigned one off-street parking space, and there is an on-site laundry for your convenience. The property boasts a beautiful pool for your enjoyment. You are also allowed to use the two nearby pools and laundry areas as well.

There is a limit of 2 people in a 1-bedroom apartment, and a limit of 2 small pets (25 lbs or less). There is a 1-time pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing, and dog breed restrictions are enforced. Note that anyone over the age of 18 must have a valid Social Security Number in order to fill out an application.

The property rests across from Townsend Park, a very well maintained City Park, and south of the canal is the Sailboat Bend Preserve -- a 1.3 acre greenspace with walking trails for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The location gives quick and easy access to Broward Boulevard and either I-95 to the West or Federal Highway to the East. The apartment is ready for you to view with our self-serve showing system. Our system allows you to drive to the property, unlock the door, and tour the apartment all by yourself. In order to use the system and view the apartment, you'll need to sign up/register for the service. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week between 8AM and 8PM for your convenience.
