Upon entering you will find the formal dining area with seating for up to six. This area also serves as a gaming area as the table also converts into a poker table. The living room is comfortably furnished & has a large glass slider for the best indoor/outdoor atmosphere & view of the pool a& spa. There are also games available for the perfect game night. The kitchen has granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker & is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare lovely meals for your friends & loved ones. There is an adjacent breakfast nook with seating for up to four & a breakfast bar available with additional seating for two ideal for brunch or a quick snack.
