We have a lovely townhouse available for rent beginning on or after September 1. The house is located just blocks away from the Capitol, the Rayburn House Office Building, and the Capitol South and Eastern Market Metro stops (each about a 5-minute walk away). The home is located on a wonderful residential block in the heart of Capitol Hill, close to historic Eastern Market, Barrack's Row, restaurants and stores on Pennsylvania Avenue, beautiful parks, and more. It is also a block away from highly-rated Brent Elementary School, which is the in-bounds school for the home.

The home is super sunny, with high ceilings, an open floor plan, built-ins, hardwood floors, recessed lights, and oversize windows throughout. The home is approximately 1400 square feet, not counting the unfinished basement.

The first floor has an open floor plan comprising the kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has granite counters and a cut out opening it to the rest of the home.
