This studio apartment home is being offered with a lease addendum to include current Lessees as guarantors and you as add-on Lessee, however, the current Lessees will not be residing at the property. Lease agreement is offered through October 10, 2026, with the option to renew directly with the community, Avalon Hayes Valley, after October 10, 2026. Property offered unfurnished, however turn-key furnished can be offered at an additional monthly fee. Monthly rent price includes all utilities which are electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet. ***Utilities and rent are billed separately to the current Lessees***. You'll make your monthly rent payments directly through our Resident Portal that you will be invited to. Monthly rent is $3,500. Security deposit is waived. Move-in with just $3,500.00.
