A big and bright 1bd-1bath inside a two-bedroom two-bath condo for rent (sharing kitchen and living room). It is next to Balboa Park Bart station and many bus stations. The condo is in the inner corner of the building 2nd floor which is very quiet and private. Big and bright family room (sunshine all day) connect to a big balcony with a big French door (the only unit with balcony). Wood floor in all rooms.
Great location: minutes to high way 280, 101. Next to bus lines on Mission & Geneva and Bart (Balboa Park Station). Community park is in walking distance with several basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields and walking trails. Close to schools: SFSU / CCSF
