Though recently modernized in appointments, keep in mind the house was originally built in 1926 (with much of the rest of the Glenview neighborhood) and maintains the same general original layout. As such, the bedrooms are not grand in size - they vary, but a good approximation would be that they are in the 13'x15' to 15'x16' range. Also, back then, there was no "master suite" as there has been since the 1950's onward. The master is simply a bedroom on the upper split-level that happens to have a bathroom beside it. The garage is similarly 1920's smallish as well, and likely not very usable for a car - you should plan to use it for storage, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. The backyard is shaded and small - it is approximately 40'x13'. Also, one bedroom downstairs is otherwise normal with a closet and whatnot, but somehow lacks a window. Most who have lived in the house have elected to use that room as a media/theater room.
