Escaping to West Seattle? We don’t blame you. Who wouldn’t want to join a chill apartment community of foodies, explorers, DIYers, biking enthusiasts, pet lovers, and professionals? Why wouldn’t you choose to live in the Junction, work from home or your fave cafe or the beach, and enjoy the good life in a too-charming-for-words neighborhood? Maybe some people aren’t into sleek finishes, ultramodern layouts, and epic amenities, including Seattle’s largest dog run… but we haven’t met them yet. Now’s the time.

The management team has really improved in the last few months, if it weren’t for the past two years of the old manager’s incompetency they’d get a higher rating. Their best amenity is the rooftop dog run. It’s the largest I’ve seen in Seattle. If you don’t have a dog you’d probably find better complexes elsewhere. Parking is $150 a month and is not secure. Break ins happen and they have terrible cameras and no security. Location is good. Maintenance team is really friendly and helpful.
