Each adult over the age of 18 years is required to submit an application. The Application Fee is $55 per adult and it is non-refundable. If applicants are not married, each applicant must qualify individually.
Applications are processed as received. If multiple applications are received, all applications are processed. The strongest & best qualified applicant is selected. Applications usually take 24-72 hours to process. If an application is submitted, you will be notified by email if approved or not.

Credit History:
Credit history must show that the resident has paid bills on time, and does not have a history of debt write-offs, or accounts that have gone into collection. Residency may be denied due to poor credit history. Contingent on your credit score, additional security deposit may be required.
Two Years of Good Rental History:
Rental history must show that resident has paid rent on time, and does not have a history of nonsufficient funds (NSF), late rent payments, evictions, broken leases, damage to the residence, or an outstanding balance due to a previous landlord. If you have no prior rental history then an additional security deposit may be required.
Verifiable Employment & Income:
Minimum of three times the monthly rent is required. Employment and income must be verifiable. Bank Statements, paystubs, or tax returns(if self-employed/1099) will be considered for proof of income.
Criminal Background:
Residency may be denied due to criminal history.
