The Ranch at West End

On the outside the apartment complex looks great! The 1 bedroom apartment looked nice during the day, but when I went to my unit later in tue evening after I got the keys I found out it was infested with roaches. In the kitchen, the living room, bathroom and I even found roaches in the closet. Thankfully, I hadn’t moved all of my things into that roach motel. When I told them it was full of roaches the next day the one leasing agent preceded to talk about the life cycle of roaches and that I should remove the dead ones. She wasn’t helpful. When I met with the manager, she seemed more empathetic for my situation and was very understanding when I returned the keys and let her know I’m not moving into that roach plaza.
