We require a separate completed application from each person age 18 years and older who will be living at the property before we schedule a showing. There is no fee to submit an application online.

Upon receipt of fully completed application(s), Gordon Properties, Inc. will pre-screen the application to ensure it complies with our Screening Policy (the first page of the application). This will include verifying the total household income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent and running a credit check to determine applicant's FICO score. If the application(s) meet our Screening Policy, we will schedule a property showing.
An application screening charge of $40.00 per applicant in certified funds is due at the property showing to continue processing the application.
*A completed application for each occupant age 18 years and older is required.
*Applications MUST include proof of income and valid photo ID.
*We do a Credit/ Criminal/ Eviction/ Rental History report check on all applicants and use the information in those reports when considering an application.
*Incomplete applications will not be processed.
