Additional Lease Terms:
1.Garbage/Recycling cans to be placed in front of homes by the curbside by 6:00 Monday morning and cans to be pulled into the garage for storage by Wednesday morning 6:00am. Preferred that the cans are pulled in the same day since parking is limited.
3. No parking in areas where signs are posted. Tenants to park as described in the traffic rules. No parking in the opposite direction of the traffic flow. Preferred that one car is parked in the garage while the other one is on the driveway. Any additional car may be parked on the street. On garbage days (Monday) no parking is allowed on the same side where the cans are placed. Garbage truck will have difficulty with the pick up and potentially the HOA can be penalized. Be mindful of neighbors and their in and out access from driveways. Do not park so access can be blocked.
3. Back Yard Landscaping Provided by the HOA.
4. No commercial trucks, vehicles allowed. Those to be parked outside of the area on SW 150th or any other neighboring street.
5. Dogs are to be kept in leash at all times when outside (except backyard).
