This is a ROOM RENTAL only and only for 1 person per room. We have 3 rooms available long or short term. This house is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Rooms and house come furnished. The room is $850 includes utilities and internet and cleaning services monthly of common areas of the house. The rooms have either a full or queen size bed, a desk and a dresser it is a private room. When the house is full you will share a bathroom with 1 other person.
Great neighborhood, walking distance to UMB, UMMC, Dental school, UM Nursing school and so much more.
Rental Requirements:
600 credit score or higher
NO evictions or failure to pay rents
must pay $40 to apply for property
upon approval will have to pay security deposit, for short term this can be a negotiable price.
