If you are a sibling, parent, daughter, or son that will be handling communication with the property management company, you will also need to submit an application (even if you are not living at the property)
2) Income verification - Be able to provide documentation that verifies you and any other applicant earn at least 3x the rent in monthly income
3) Provide government-issued ID
4) Provide passport or Social Security card
5) No bankruptcies filed in the last 5 years (automatic disqualification)
6) No evictions filed in the last 3 years (automatic disqualification)
7) Credit and background check (600+ score preferred, but we take everything into consideration)
8) Security deposit - will depend on the entire application, and it can go up to twice the standard deposit . Holds the property for 30 days.
