All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. $55.00 per application. We require 3 times the rent in gross monthly income and no evictions in the last 3 years. You must show us that you make at least $5,400.00 per month income.
Tenant transfers all of the utility services into their names and are responsible for all of those bills.
