Apartment #8 has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a ceiling fan, is fully tiled, and features Central A/C to help keep you cool. Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal, window blinds, and 1 assigned parking space. The private fenced-in patio area, accessed through a bedroom, is a nice outdoor space that is perfect for a pet owner or as a place to grill out. FYI, there is an on-site laundry area for your convenience. We impose a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment, and pets are allowed - limit of two pets per apartment, 65lbs or less, and dog breed restrictions are enforced. There is a 1-time pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing.

The property is close to Cooley's Landing and Marina, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, downtown Himmarshee Village, and the Museum of Discovery and Science. The location within Sailboat Bend is just south of Las Olas and gives quick and easy access to Broward Boulevard with I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. Your new apartment is close to a major grocery store chain, all the restaurants and fast food options on Broward, Las Olas, and Federal Highway, and is also a short drive to Broward Hospital if you need medical attention.
