Our unique and contactless showing system allows you to view the apartment with minimal risk of COVID-19. The system is contactless - you drive there, you unlock the door, and you tour the apartment all by yourself. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week between 8AM and 8PM for your convenience. Call our office (954-800-4196) for more information about the self-serve system or about the apartment.
Apartment #4 is a nice 1 bedroom/1bath apartment with a dedicated Home Office (can be used for 2nd bedroom if desired). The apartment is fully tiled and the bathroom was recently updated. The apartment features multiple A/C units, window blinds, and hurricane shutters that can be deployed if necessary! It also comes with one assigned parking space. The property has an on-site laundry room for your convenience, and rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services and one assigned off-street parking place. There is a maximum of 2 people in a 1-bedroom apartment.
Small pets (dogs or cats up to 25lbs) are allowed - dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a maximum of two pets per apartment. A one-time pet fee (per pet) is additional and due at lease signing.
The property rests in a great location within the quiet and historic Sailboat Bend district of Fort Lauderdale, and is a short walk to Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, the Broward Center for Performing Arts, downtown Himmarshee Village, The Museum of Discovery and Science, Revolution Live, and the park where the Fort Lauderdale "Anchor" drops each year on New Years Eve! It is also close to the main train and bus stations on Broward. The central location gives you quick access to Broward Boulevard and is a short drive to either I-95 or Federal Highway. It is also close to both the Airport and Port Everglades for easy travel.
There is an $80.00 non-refundable application fee per person over the age of 18. Background screening is required, and lease terms are for 12 months. Minimum move in cost = 2 months rent (1st month's rent + 1 month of security) and Maximum move in cost = 4 months rent (1st month's rent + 3 months of security). We do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance.
