You will have two options to secure your home 1) tenant will pay a Traditional Security Deposit payable upon application approval. Security Deposits start at an amount equal to 1 month rent & could be up to 2 months the rental amount depending on credit or 2) tenant will purchase a Lease Rental Bond through Topa Insurance/Lighthouse Company, bonds are equal to 2 months the rental amount. **Topa Insurance is not offered for Tenant Placement Only Properties. *As a standard practice, if the property allows, we do not permit more than two (2) pets, pets that are more than 60 lbs., or pets under 12 months of age, without first gaining authorization from our property owner/client.
