Monthly rent for 2 pets: $70 each month
Non-refundable (or refundable deposit based upon applicable law) security deposit for each pet is $300; total security deposit is $600.
INCOME QUALIFICATION: Gross income amount to qualify is 3-times gross income.

Monthly Rent: $1,645 per mo.
Gross Monthly Income: $4,935 per mo.
REQUIRED RENTER’S INSURANCE: $100,000 liability coverage that also covers pets/pet damage up to $___________ per pet.
