No pool, hot tub, or sauna! Management and the staff were absolutely wonderful from day 1, but the place is just so dang expensive— primarily because on top of the base rent they charge you separately for the building’s utilities- the lights and electricity in the common areas and all that. And a $5 convenience fee- every month. Someone is rolling in dough. I justified it since it comes with WiFi but even after that it’s still pretty pricey. Nevertheless I had a wonderful experience while I was there. Occasionally construction noise and I parked elsewhere.

Elevators are always broken, I got stocked once and REN just gave a chocolate and a pizza voucher with a card to apologize for the inconvenience, but when I complained, answer was we were more than 6 on the elevator, although there is no restriction sign, plus thrash chute is full all the time, it is super noisy and you will find people that do not belong to the community, they just get into the root to get drunk and floor is a mess. Building and location is nice, but maintenance plus management is really bad.
