Large closet, windows, private linen closet, nine-foot ceilings, window blinds and blackout curtains. Can be furnished if needed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the other King Room on same floor. I'm looking for neat and clean individuals willing to contribute to light chores in the common areas. There's a total of four bedrooms, three and one-half baths, a wet bar and patio on the third floor that leads to a rooftop deck in the tree tops. There's abundant light throughout, dual zone A/C, high speed (one gig) WIFI, large capacity washer/dryer, and modern kitchen (all gas). ALL utilities, monthly professional cleaning, and off-street parking included. I have two cats- so, sorry, no additional pets. No indoor smoking/vaping. The townhome is one block off Germantown Ave at E Montana St. It's a short walk to grocery stores, SEPTA bus/rail, all that NW Philly Chestnut Hill have to offer. Required: pre-screening phone call, pre-application tour, application, proof of income, rental history, background and credit checks. Renters insurance is required. Move-in amount equals one month’s rent plus security deposit (equivalent to one month rent). I'm happy to answer any questions about myself, the home, and/or provide additional pics.
