Quite and peaceful neighborhood with a green space walkway two blocks from the house. Multiple parks within 5-10 min drive. 15 min drive to downtown Beaverton or Hillsboro Tanasbourne area. 25 min to Portland.

No smoking, no drug use, no pets. We would like someone who will keep the house clean and take care of it as if it were their own house.
