The apartment is clean & luxurious- 1 bedroom on the 5th floor of an elevator building. UPDATED BEAUTIFUL FURNISHINGS! The bedroom has 3 pocket doors that section off the bedroom from the living room. There is a lot of light in both the bedroom and living room when you want to open the blinds/curtains and enjoy the large bay window or keep it closed for privacy. The bed is a queen tempurpedic so it fits comfortably. The bed is super cozy.

The bathroom is beautifully appointed, with subway tile and stone walls/flooring, which makes it very zen. Guests can take a nice hot shower or drift away in the bathtub (complete with a dimmed lighting for when you want to mellow out.) The small, open kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and everything you need to make your own meals. The living room has a large modular/movable L shaped sofa for lounging. There is also a lovely outdoor space just off of the bedroom so you can sit and enjoy your coffee and read the paper. Unfortunately no cable tv but I do have ROKU with access to Netflix, HBO and more on demand channels.

Near 4 major subway lines (L, J, M, G) 5 min walk to JMZ at the Lorimer stop, G train at Broadway and L Montrose stop. Only 3 stops from Manhattan and takes 15 min. Youll enjoy crossing the Williamsburg bridge and seeing the wonderful city.

This apartment is close to Brooklyn Harvest Market, Walgreens, laundromat around the corner, restaurants, bars and a park nearby. Also police and fire station close by.

No more than are allowed to stay in the apartment as its just way too small. No unauthorized guests or strangers. Small (under 10 pounds), well behaved mellow dog is ok. No cats. Please take care of my space. This is a NON- SMOKING apartment. Thank you.
