For the first time in years, we are please to offer a lofted one-bedroom unit in the heart of Logan Circle. This unit is between 14th and 15th on Rhode Island and features a second story loft space that makes for an ideal work from home space. The loft and living area share two story high ceilings and a wall of windows that pour the natural light in. The kitchen provides a natural transition from the living area towards the bathroom and the bedroom, which features ample room for a queen bedroom set. We recently replaced the central HVAC and the unit features its own washer and dryer. This unit and the whole building are meticulously maintained.
