Beautiful building, great management. But pretty pricey.

The concierge is the best thing about the place. Sabrina and Marcus are awesome at their job. The apartments are small, and are dark if you get one facing another building. The apartment they gave me had a sink installed backwards, preventing it from naturally draining. I asked maintenance if they could fix and it and they said no. The blinds are also see through and when I asked if they could install non sheer blinds they said I’d have to buy them myself.
