There are two patio spaces, wrapping around the home. There is also a sitting and contemplation space on the hill above the house accessible by timbered stairs. Enter through the front door and you'll be confronted immediately by an inviting, bright and open interior space seemingly larger than the exterior of the home would lead you to believe. The living/great-room offers handsome, quality, Colorado-inspired décor. There are exposed wood beams, an ornamental (non-functioning) natural stone fireplace, and plenty of large windows showing off the Colorado light tinted green-golden perhaps by the leaves of the native scrub-oak surrounding the property.

The kitchen is at the rear of the great-room and is open, fully functional and ready for entertainment and your own culinary creations. The surfaces are all of quality—stainless steel, wood and tile. There is counter-top seating for up to 7 people here. Just beyond the kitchen is a full laundry for guest use.

The home's two bedrooms are bright and comfortably appointed with beds adorned with quality linens, professionally laundered.
