Verified residentReview source: verified residentWater leak in kitchen was not fixed for over 3 months. By then they found mold, and the repair took a full week to complete. Package delivery room is a nightmare to find deliveries. In the direct path of the airport runway, and planes will be very noisy. An ongoing problem in the complex causes them to have to turn off the water at least every other week. Trying to contact anyone in the management office typically takes several attempts before hearing back. I’m planning on moving out as soon as my least expires.
