(5-10mins away from CCSF, Balboa Park Station, Ocean Ave - Whole Foods, Philz Coffee, etc.)
- Next Mission street where there a lot of food options near by, including a Safeway
- Easy access to nearby Bart and underground Muni
- Convenient bus routes to take to SFSU/ Stonestown Area

Lease Terms:
- One-year lease agreement with first month rent and a security deposit
- Applicants must complete a rental application, provide a credit report, recent pay stubs, and recent bank statements with sufficient funds
