    Apartment flooded 10x, water was dirty coming from sink looked like sewer water. Maintenance people move slow, roaches, building smells, hallways are dirty

    Living here has been very comfortable so far. It seems the management is going through some type of transition, but getting any type or help or response From them as a whole has been challenging. I know whoever owns the building sets the prices, but what we pay to park as residence is a bit in insane.
