A single occupant occupying a 1 bed 1 bath home cannot have an income exceeding $79,050 annually. For two occupants to qualify for a 1 bed 1 bath home, both combined incomes cannot have an income exceeding $90,375 annually.

For two occupants to qualify both incomes cannot exceed $102,425, for three occupants to qualify all incomes cannot exceed $115,260, and for four occupants to qualify all incomes cannot exceed $128,095.
