I enjoy reading, taking classes and learning new things, exploring the world, nature walks, and occasionally hosting a Potluck with the neighbors and friends.

About you:
Mid-20’s and up, fully employed or full-time student, mature, conscientious, friendly, responsible, pays rent on time, and cleans up after yourself (no dishes left in the sink, turn off the lights when you leave the room, take the trash out if it’s full, etc), and on the quiet side during the week. Willing to submit info for a background check.

Other Details:
-1 year lease, and 60 days notice after the lease is up, if everything goes well and you’d like to stay longer.
-to move in: 1st and last month’s rent, plus a refundable security deposit of $800. Willing to negotiate the rent.
-rent is due on the 1st of the month, via Venmo

-The party doesn’t come back here after the bar. Friends are welcome for dinner, etc, as well as backyard bbq’s, etc but we share walls with multiple neighbors, including families with small children, whose relationships are important to me.
