The private driveway can fit up to 2 cars and there is additional parking along the cul-d-sac and street. The backyard has a deck, shed for additional storage and is completely fenced in. It is in a desirable and safe community located right off of Duke St. It is less than a 10 min to I-395, Old Town Alexandria, and Van Dorn Metro stop. 12 month lease for $3000/month + utilities. Utilities tenant will be responsible for are: Gas, Electricity, Water, Wastewater, and Internet. Tenants are also responsible for maintaining the home in good condition such as, changing light bulbs, filters, cleaning, emptying lint from dryer, etc.
Landlord will keep these utilities under his own name, and will send over the monthly bill through Avail to collect payment.
Lawn maintenance will be done by landlord 3 times a year (beginning of each season except for Winter). Tenants are required to maintain the lawn for the other days.
Pet fee: $200 per pet (one time fee)
