This is an older property that needs a lot of infrastructure repair. The management team works hard with what they've got, but ownership really needs to make some investments right now. The location is wonderful - it backs up to the nature preserve that I look at while I am working from home and it's an easy jump to 395. The complex feels like a neighborhood with mature trees and sidewalks. My apartment amenities are great, but I don't like paying for community amenities that I don't use. I know most of the maintenance crew by name and find them to be very helpful.
