Great space for a remote working getaway - there's ample space for two people to work from home comfortably in separate rooms.The house was built in 1900 and has tons of old-world charm! It features a spacious, sunny (south-facing) living room, a large and well-stocked kitchen, and a formal dining room.Two bedrooms - one with a very comfy queen-size bed and walk-in closet, and one set up as a home office with a large desk and loveseat. Please note that although this is a two-bedroom house, it has only one bed and therefore is suitable to accommodate a couple or an individual, but not two roommates needing separate rooms. Two bathrooms - one with clawfoot tub/shower, the other with a large jetted tub. Laundry room with washer/dryer.
The house has an enormous, private south-facing front porch with seating, and a large backyard with a deck and covered patio area (backyard is shared with the tenant of the detached rear in-law unit). Easy, unrestricted street parking available right in front of house. Sorry, no off-street parking available. All utilities and Google Fiber internet included. Tenants responsible for snow removal.
